UK shipping
UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail tracked services or another appropriate tracked delivery service depending on the size, value and nature of the order.
Available shipping methods and the applicable cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Where offered at checkout, qualifying UK orders of £50 or more receive free standard shipping.
Express or upgraded shipping options may also be available for an additional charge.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders as promptly as reasonably possible.
Estimated delivery dates displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically stated otherwise.
During unusually busy periods, major product releases, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control, dispatch or delivery may take longer.
Tracking

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting an order.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect it.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the price paid to Mystery31 and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Mystery31 is not responsible for delays caused solely by customs authorities or import procedures outside our reasonable control.
