Shipping and Delivery Policy

United Kingdom shipping

UK deliveries are offered using named Royal Mail services based on the order's packaging, weight and eligibility. These may include Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail Tracked 24, signature options and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Available methods and the exact price will be displayed at checkout. A particular service may not be available for every order or address.

Free UK delivery: A qualifying UK order with merchandise of £50 or more is offered a free UK delivery option at checkout. Paid service upgrades may also be offered. Check the final basket for eligibility and charges.

Packaging and carrier size limits

Singles are normally sleeved and protected; graded cards are packaged to protect their slabs; sealed products and larger collectables receive appropriate parcel packaging.

Royal Mail's Large Letter maximum thickness is 2.5 cm. Eligibility depends on the complete packed shipment, not the dimensions of an individual card or slab alone. If an ordered item cannot safely be posted using the option originally selected, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative. We will not impose an unagreed extra charge after purchase.

Processing, dispatch and delivery dates

We aim to dispatch paid orders as promptly as reasonably practicable. Dispatch can be affected by payment or fraud checks, stock availability, weekends, public holidays, peak releases and courier collection schedules. Any product-specific dispatch or pre-order terms will be shown separately.

Checkout delivery dates are estimates unless an explicitly guaranteed carrier service is purchased and the relevant carrier conditions apply. Unless another delivery period is agreed, goods sold directly by us will be supplied within the period required by applicable consumer law.

Tracking details are provided when available. Please check the delivery address before placing an order and contact us immediately if a correction is required. Once a shipment has been handed to a carrier, changing the address may not be possible.

International shipping and Global-e

We ship internationally to destinations available at checkout. Eligible overseas orders may use Shopify Managed Markets, in which Global-e is the merchant of record for the international sale and handles certain payment, shipping, customs and tax functions. The checkout identifies the applicable seller and terms.

International prices may differ from prices displayed to UK customers. Shipping charges, delivery estimates and any applicable taxes or duties are calculated or disclosed during checkout. If the checkout clearly states that import taxes and duties are included, customers should not be charged those same amounts again on delivery in the ordinary course; the exact order terms control. Where import amounts are not prepaid or included, the recipient may need to pay local duties, taxes or handling charges as disclosed.

International delivery estimates may be affected by customs clearance and other conditions outside the carrier's normal delivery schedule.

Late, missing or damaged parcels

Contact gtokyo539@gmail.com with your order number if your parcel is lost, damaged or substantially delayed. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law or, for Global-e orders, coordinate the appropriate merchant-of-record process.

For direct Mystery31 sales to consumers, risk remains with us until delivery to you or a person you designate, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Delivery problems do not remove your statutory rights. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
